Prepoo Time!!I used EVOO as a prepoo along with using the baggy method. Prepoo is using an oil on your hair prior to washing which helps keep the shampoo from being harsh on your hair. The baggy method is applying product to your hair night then putting on a plastic cap and leaving it on until the next day. I will wash and deep condition or a protein treatment my hair after this.
